You can delete your VenueCall account in the following ways:
For guests: open the venue's loyalty card page, sign in, and tap the "Delete account" button at the bottom of the page.
For venue owners: go to Settings → "Delete Account" section and confirm by typing DELETE.
Via email: send a request to support@venuecall.app with the phone number or email associated with your account.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
Personal data (name, phone number, email)
Loyalty points and transaction history
Order and reservation history
For owners: all venue data, menu, staff, and settings
Deletion timeline
Data is deleted immediately when you delete your account through the app. For email requests, deletion is processed within 3 business days. Backups are deleted within 90 days.
